Workshops
The maintenance of construction equipment (machinery, vehicles and facilities) is performed on two levels: preventive and corrective.
The preventive maintenance (services) is performed by the field workshops within the project. Professionally and financially, they are qualified to perform the service and minor repairs.
The corrective maintenance (repair) is performed by the Central Maintenance Workshop, located at Bišće Polje (southern entrance to Mostar) and it is consisted of workshops, warehouses and production facilities.
If necessary, the machinery for other users is repaired and maintained .The central workshop is conducting the investment maintenance of construction equipment and it is also providing a logistical assistance to the field units.
A dislocation of construction equipment between the projects is an integral part of the Central Workshop. A significant part of the activities of the Central Workshop consists of hardware works. Within the locksmith workshop a wide range of locksmith works is made, from repairing of some construction equipment parts, up to making a very complex system of scaffoldings, formworks, molds and railings of bridges.
