Asphalt
The facilities for the production of asphalt mixtures with the corresponding fractions of mineral stone materials are modernized AMMANN "JUSTBLACK" 160 with the practical effect of production of 160 t/h.The asphalt base is equipped with modern equipment and offers the following: computer-processor control system of pre-dosing material on the pre-dispensers, an automatic dosing of hot material, weighing and mixing with the processor control and supervisory computer with software for managing the statistics of consumption and production of asphalt and auto-electronic data regulation in the dryer. The modern environmentally filters were installed in the asphalt bases. The authorized laboratory for asphalt is checking the quality of the raw materials for production, the finished and installed asphalt. For transporting the fresh asphalt, HP Investing Ltd. has the adequate two-, three- and four-axle trucks.
Concrete
HP Investing Ltd. is one of the largest concrete producers in the region, and our concrete is the one of the top quality. The concrete facility has three concrete factories with total capacity of over 160 m3/h and we can successfully respond to all requirements of modern construction, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
Concrete bases are computer-controlled, and this allows the adjusting of optimum conditions - moisture content of aggregates, cement, water and admixtures. All concrete factories are equipped with dispensers for more additives, hygrometers for measuring moisture content of aggregates, and where necessary, the hygrometers in the concrete mixer.
Today's concrete production is almost unthinkable without the use of additives for concrete. Each new generation of additives typically are first used in our concrete plants. We have achieved the cooperation with all major producers of construction chemistry, where we should especially mention MC and BASF.
The transport of the fresh concrete mass is made with ten car-mixers with the capacity of 7 to 10 m3, and for the installation of concrete, two concrete pumps with the arm length of 38 m’ and 24m’ are used, and the mixer pumps as well. The quality control of concrete production is carried out by the authorized institutions and laboratories for concrete, equipped according to European standards and with professional staff that allows monitoring and adoption of global trends in the production of concrete.
Facilities for the production of stone aggregates
HP Investing Ltd. has two facilities for washing and separating of the stone aggregate as follows:
• Separation facility for over grinding and washing of the fractions, type: SCT Q 40 m3/h
• Separation "SCT" for producing of all types of aggregates designed for the production of concrete, asphalt and plaster, the capacity of 30m3/h
Also, we own a mobile crushing facility for a tampon Powercrusher PC10/60 with an extra system for pollination, the manufacturer Hartl, the capacity of 200t/h and of two (2) mobile drills "Finlau" 393, the capacity of 200 t / h.
The quality of products is controlled by the authorized laboratory for testing of concrete and stone aggregate. The result is the production of high quality stone aggregate that can be used for making concrete of high technical characteristics, as well as for preparation of mixtures for filling and preparation of asphalt concrete.
